Pokita is a sustainable women’s padel and tennis sportswear brand founded by two friends with a passion for the sport. The founders have a deep knowledge of their products and market but wanted support navigating digital marketing.

Arkfibre are a specialist supplier of fibre optic equipment who wanted to better understand how their website and digital marketing activity could deliver stronger results.

Project

I conducted a full digital audit reviewing their website performance, marketing activity and user behaviour.

This provided clear recommendations on where the business should focus to improve ecommerce performance.

Ongoing Support

Following the audit, our relationship evolved into a digital mentoring partnership where I support the team with ongoing strategic guidance.

Comfy Horse is a specialist equestrian retailer. The business owner wanted to gain a stronger understanding of key areas of digital marketing and ecommerce.

Project

Through a digital mentoring package, I worked with the owner to review several areas of their digital activity including:

  • Email marketing strategy

  • Marketing reporting and performance analysis

  • Website navigation and structure to better align with customer behaviour

The goal was to provide practical guidance while building confidence in managing digital marketing.

The Present

The Present are a small team of Mindfulness leaders, who were struggling to get to grips with their website and the best way to talk to their visitors.

Results – Provided a full digital audit reviewing all marketing activity, user behaviour. Providing recommendations regarding how to increase bookings.

Gemma is tuning around my business website beautifully as a part of developing ways to market The Present Courses CIC much more effectively.

She is knowledgeable, a great communicator and is supporting me to develop my understanding and skills.

Sow Easy® have been growing in the gardening and seed-based promotions market since 1988. They manufacture a range of innovative sustainable promotional products including promotional plants, branded seeds, Seedsticks and printed seed packets.

The business had a strong foundation in place and wanted to take their digital activity to the next level.

I worked closely with the team to create a clear digital strategy built around both their business goals and the needs of their customers.

Alongside developing the strategy, I supported the team in implementing it across their digital activity and helped lead the recruitment of new digital team members to support future growth.
